Art Therapy

 

Art therapy is an alternative yet powerful way to help children, teens and adults move through difficult problems. One does not need to be talented, experienced or “good” at art to use art therapy.  A good art therapist is trained to help clients get past anxiety about natural abilities and use creative mediums to identify and express difficult thoughts and emotions to work on a wide variety of therapeutic problems.
