More about Lisa – RN, PMHNP-BC

Lisa is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, Master of Health Administration. Her passion to help people as a registered nurse, led her to further her degree in nursing. In 2011 she received her Post-Master Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree from The Ohio State University.     

Lisa works with adults and adolescents ages 14 and up who experience acute and chronic mental health, behavioral and social problems.  She also has extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with substance use and trauma.  

Lisa incorporates conventional medication management with a variety of integrative techniques to develop holistic treatment plans to meet an individual’s physical and mental health needs.  She uses GeneSight Psychotropic testing to ensure the best results from medications for her clients. When the client works with another clinician for mental healthcare, Lisa collaborates with any of her referral sources to create a comprehensive treatment plan so clients can most successfully meet their goals. 

Lisa enjoys helping clients develop self-confidence and self-control through medicine and self-care interventions focused on decreasing the symptoms that impact their daily lives.
