She is an experienced Life Coach working with a diverse population from individuals, to groups, to couples with emphasis on healthful communication and boundaries.
Her specialties in coaching include stress mitigation, marriage coaching, parent coaching for moms and holistic wellness. She is especially passionate about working with women that are also professionals and mothers to curate lives of harmony and thriving. She loves the sanctity of marriage and especially loves working with couples to better communication of expectations.
Meg knows the struggles of making work, family, and life harmonious is difficult in the modern age and takes a very client-centered approach to coaching. She leverages her military background to attain a thorough understanding of each person, their strengths, values, and aspirations. The “Serenity Prayer” is a central part of her coaching believing that we must start with discernment before taking meaningful action.
As a Christ follower, she elected to earn a degree from Liberty University believing that Christ must be the center of healing. As the wife of an Army Ranger she knows the strength of marriage comes from intentionality. Her four children have provided the refinement a tough, former Army officer needs to lead with empathy, confidence, and humility.
