More about Nori – PhD, LPC

Nori received her Masters degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Her past experience in mental health involved working at Alpha Psychiatric Services, where she provided counseling services to psychiatric patients who were diagnosed with personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other major mental health issues.

Nori offers expertise in bicultural issues specifically related to the Asian community.  Her fluency in the Japanese language has allowed her to counsel many clients who have faced significant challenges due to cultural transitions.  She strives to be a safe place for people who are the minority.

In addition to counseling, Nori seeks to provide support to companies who face multicultural issues, ethical dilemmas in a diverse work environment, or leadership transitions.  She has lectured nationally and internationally as well as developed and taught several courses on multi-cultural perspectives in counseling, cross-cultural theories, and concepts of leadership.  Nori is available for consultations and speaking engagements to help companies who are seeking grow and further succeed.
