Substance Abuse Counselor Weighs In On Michael Phelps DUI

After Michael Phelps recent DUI arrest local law firm, Koffel Law, contacted our substance abuse professional, Brian Davis, to comment on a related New York Times Op/Ed  piece. Here is Brian’s response/post reflecting on the notion that Phelps’ path to shedding substance problems may have a lot more to do with his personal development than an addiction/disease.
